AcrossJordan / WelcomeJordan ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data, including data collected through our services, website, mobile app, and WhatsApp Business communications.

Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data in the following ways:

1. From the mobile app

If you have an account in the AcrossJordan / WelcomeJordan app:

1. Open the app and go to Profile
2. Select Delete Account and confirm
3. Your account and associated data will be deleted

2. Via email

Send a data deletion request to us with the email address associated with your account or WhatsApp conversations. We will process your request within 30 days.

What data we may hold

We may store: name, email, phone number, booking details, and messages exchanged via our website, app, or WhatsApp. When you request deletion, we will remove or anonymize this data in accordance with applicable laws.
